The concrete placer comprises a power-operated carriage and a feed hopper. Endless belts mould the lateral sides of a concrete layer and are parallel to one another on rolls with a vertical axis of rotation. Endless belts in one horizontal plane above the first and second endless belts exert vibration upon the concrete mix. One is mounted on two rolls with horizontal axis of rotation. One of the rolls has unbalances coaxial on its driving shaft. A fourth belt damps vibration of freshly placed concrete.
