PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum production system by receiving work start sequence in each work process, switching the work sequence by means of combination of a standard panel and a character in the central station, and sending it to each work place through the camera. CONSTITUTION:The work instruction information is concentrated on the central station 8, and a video terminal 6 is provided on each process. A worker of each process informs the central station 8 of the contents of work by telephone 7 when the work of an object 1 of work has been finished. The central station 8 confirms the progress, corrects the information on the progress panel showing a change of plan, a countermeasure, etc., and provides it to each video terminal 6 by the video camera. In this way, since the progress of process is adjusted swiftly and exactly, the production system conforming to the peripheral change is secured. |
