PURPOSE:To make the transfer of heat to a photoreceptor good and prevent paper clogging by controlling the contacting and releasing of a heating roller and a regenerative block in cooperation with the movement of the photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:Since a heating roller 17 is constituted heavier in weight than a heating roller 18, an oscillating frame 16 has the habit of turning clockwise. When the exposed photoreceptor is driven in the downward direction of an arrow 15 by driving rollers 11, 11' and the leading edge thereof reaches the position where the heating rollers 17, 18 contact, the oscillating frame 16 is turned counterclockwise by the momentum of the photoreceptor as well as its weight, then the peripheral surface of the roller 17 is detached from a regenerative block 10 and the supply of heat is interrupted, but the roller is rotatable and the photoreceptor sent into a developing chamber 1, is heated to suitable temp. by the rollers 17, 18. |
