PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic bubble element ease of pattern manufacturing not limiting to the operation extending magnetic domain, by providing a specific magnetic domain extending means, in transferring magnetic bubbles through the use of contiguous disc device (CDD). CONSTITUTION:In extending a magnetic bubble 1mu in diameter orthogonally to transfer direction taking the diameter of a CDD3 as 4mu, a chevron type pattern 4 is evaporated with a high permeability material (permalloy etc.) circumscribed with a scheduled circle to a CDD3' to obtain the 1st extending element. Next, a pattern 5 having a branch toward transfer direction in common use of the base with a interval of 1mu from the pattern 4 is made by vapor-deposition of permalloy in the period B. Further, the n-th stage extending element required is provided similarly toward the magnetic bubble transfer direction. Thus, the magnetic bubble element which is not limited to the operation of magnetic domain extension of magnetic bubble and easy for manufacture is obtained. Thus, this method is used for the manufacture of high density and large capacity memory devices. |
