The 1st refined oil is recovered from crude oil of lubeoil by desulfurization of sulfur compds., and the 2nd oil is obtained from residual oxide sludge of which remaining oil is treated with Ca(OH)2 soln. repeatedly. Then, filtered lime which is produced by neutralization of the 2nd oil with Ca(OH)2 is recovered with the refined oil treated with calcium silicate sludge in a ordinary method. After excess water was added to this sludge, NaOH and isopropyl alcohol is stirred, and then oil in calcium silicate sludge is recovered and this residual sludge with Ca(OH)2 is treated.
