摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform the correction of eliminating the effect of the fluctuation in near infrared ray intensity by measuring the detection energies of main near infrared rays RA, MA of standard wavelength and measuring wavelength, and near infrared rays RB, MB for correcting the standard wavelength and the measuring wavelength. CONSTITUTION:A filter 5 which filters the light from a light source 1, and allows the successive transmission of standard wavelength and measuring wavelength, the 1st optical system which directs the above-described two near infrared rays from the filter 5 as main near infrared rays to the object 17 to be measured and directs the reflected to main near infrared rays to a detector 19 and the 2nd optical system which directs the above-described two near infrared rays from the filter 5 as near infrared rays for correction to the detector 19 without allowing the same to be reflected by the object to be measured are provided. In the above-mentioned constitution, the quantity of energy of all the near infrared rays is measured with the detector 19. RB and MB are detected other than RA, MA, and a moisture measured value is determined by RA/MAXMB/RB in place of RA/MA.</p>
