Triangular cross section hollow groyne - has sets of three rectangular section sparred beams to build triangular frame

The groyne prevents coastal erosion, and has an approx. right angled hollow triangular cross-section. It is built from standard precast reinforced concrete components (L,2,3). The acute angles approximate to 60 and 30 degrees, with the hypotenuse side (1) placed on the ground. Sets of three precast beams (1,2,3) build triangular frames which are stacked vertically side by side. The beams are of a uniform rectangular cross-section with a base fork (6) and symmetrical normal cantilever arms (4). It has irregular active surfaces and the side beams (2) have hammer heads (5) forming a contiguous apex beam.
