PURPOSE:To scatter a cooling medium uniformly to each section and improve cooling efficiency by mounting an atomizer making the cooling medium foggy. CONSTITUTION:An atomizer 13 mounted to an upper section in a tank 1, opposing to a coil 2 and a core 3 is connected to a pump 7 through a piping 11, and jets a cooling medium 5 in a foggy shape. The cooling medium 5 is uniformly sacttered to each section because the medium 5 is made foggy by means of the atomizer 13 and injected to the coil 2 and the core 3. |
