PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics at the microwave region, by connecting a resonator having a diode positioned at the center part of the 1/2-wavelength resonance part between the input and the output. CONSTITUTION:The diodes 4 and 5 are positioned at the center part of the 1/2- wavelength resonator 9 and then connected to the input/output terminals 1 and 2 via the connection lines 7 and 8 plus the 1/2-wavelength transmission line 3. The impedance at the position where the diodes 4 and 5 are provided is set smaller enough than the impedance of the capacity CC of a diode equivalence circuit by giving a control to the impedance and length of the lines 7 and 8. Accordingly, no deterioration is caused to the characteristics at a high frequency even with use of a diode having a large capacity CC. |
