PURPOSE:To improve the saturation property of the input and output in a Darlington circuit, by forming a driving transistor with the pnp transistor and connecting the emitter of an input transistor to the emitter of an output transistor. CONSTITUTION:A triple Darlington transistor consists of the input transistor 11, driving transistor 12 and output transistor 13. The circuit of such constitution can reduce greatly the saturation voltage of input/output in comparison with the triple Darlington transistor circuit in which a common connection is secured for the collectors among the input transistor, driving transistor and output transistor, respectively. |
