PURPOSE:To faciliate the collation between various records and positions on the rail by a device wherein a sheet feeding speed and a pace of the dot printer are controlled synchronously with a pulse in proportion to a speed of the measuring vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Pulses output from a pulse generator 51 coupled to a wheel of a measuring vehicle drive a pulse motor 6 for rotating a sheet feeding unit. Recording pen drive units 21-2n drive correspondent recording pens 31-3n by a distance proportinal to the analog amount to be recorded in the y-axis direction, respectively. A signal to be printed is input from an input line 70 and delayed corresponding to the certain number of pulses output from the pulse generator 51. Thereafter, the signal to be printed is transmitted to a dot printer 4 via a signal selection circuit 72. By so doing, a traveling distance is recorded as a distance on a recording sheet in the x-axis direction in a reduced scale, while printing and the analog amount are recorded thereon in the y-axis direction in the adjusted form.
