PURPOSE:To stabilize the action of an electric field effect-type transistor by applying a radiant ray absorbing paint on the electric field effect-type transistor housed in the same package with a radiant detection element and shielding the ray. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 houses a radiant ray detection element 2, an electric field effect-type transistor 3, a tage load resistance 4 and an output resistance 5. An alumina substrate 6 is fixed on a stem 1a of the container 1 with the help of a conductive adhesive and an alumina wire 9 is arranged among parts fixed on the stem 1a. The electric field effect-type transistor 3, a constituent part, is coated with e.g., black paint which is a radiant ray absorbing paint 10, to form a light shielding film. On the stem 1a, a cap body 12 equipped with a radiant ray introducition window 11 is fixed. |
