摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare a polychromatic kamaboko capable of producing its small pieces with different colors through its cutting, by bending thin lamellar ground fish meat consisting of plural color-separating belts into a semicircular pipe shape, followed by packing the dent of the semicircular pipe with the ground fish meat. CONSTITUTION:The flat extrusion nozzle 1 consists of the color separating nozzles 11, 11', and 11'' which are divided by the partition walls 12 and 12'. When raw materials for ground fish meat having different colors individually are fed from the color separating nozzles, the extruded raw materials 2 consist of the color separating belts 21, 21', and 21'' in the extrusion direction, bonded and integrated. The prepared ground fish meat as the top meat 3 is transferred to the semicircular- pipe shaped conveyor 6 or container, and the dent part of the semicircular pipe shape is formed along the inner wall. The dent part of the semicircular pipe shape is filled with the raw materials for the ground fish meat so that the bottom meat 4 is formed, and the whole ground fish meat is steamed and boiled to give a food.
