A device for metering and applying pasty products comprises a first part (2), which can be connected to the container (3) containing the product, and a second part (4) which is rotatable relative to said first part. The first part (2) has a tubular portion (5) which can be attached to the container neck and on whose end facing the container there is arranged a radially outwardly directed annular flange (8) and which has a radial aperture (7). Near to the latter, a radial wall (9) whose length and width are equal to the length of the tubular portion (5) and to the width of the annular flange (8) is connected to the tubular portion (5) and to the annular flange (8). The second part (4) comprises a cylindrical, pot-shaped container with a bottom (12) and an outer surface (10) which engages over the first part (2). Protruding inwards from the centre-point of the bottom (12) is a tubular portion (13) which engages in the tubular portion (5) of the first part (2) and serves for the centring and the rotary guiding of the two parts (2 and 4) relative to one another. A radial wall (15) connected to the bottom (12) and to the outer surface (10) rests against the annular flange (8) and the tubular portion (5) of the first part (2). Provided in the second part (4) is an aperture (16) which is located on the side opposite the radial wall (9) of the first part (2) relative to the radial wall (15) of the second part (4). Closure means guarantee closure of the aperture (16) when the device is not in use. <IMAGE>
