A unit system for use in medical analysis comprising a particular polymer having a physiologically active material, particularly antigen or antibody, fixed thereto by radiation-induced polymerization, and a process for preparing the unit system. Since an antigen or antibody can be fixed in various forms in the unit without spoiling its activity, this unit system can be widely used for collection and analysis of antigens or antibodies in blood or body fluid, and therefore for diagnosis, clinical tests, and separation or purification of physiologically active materials. |
