PURPOSE:To allow the integrated circuit module to be mounted without necessity of special member simply by simultaneously mounting a connector and a printed circuit board by the engagement of the threads formed on the module with the threads formed on a cooling fin. CONSTITUTION:A connector connecting pin 2 is implanted to the peripheral edge of one side surface of the ceramic substrate 1, first threaded members 9 are fitted to the center on the surface, and entire peripheral groove 10B is formed on the outer periphery of the cooling fin 10 having the second threaded member engaged with the first threaded members. The groove 10B can be engaged with the U-shaped groove formed on the threaded member support 11, and the fin 10 is rotatably mounted to be axially anchored. The fin is inserted into the threaded member support, the module is moved to the connector, and the first and second threads are engaged. Since the threaded members operate also as the cooling fins, the structure is simple and can be readily mounted. |
