PURPOSE:To make possible voting and automatic paying with an ID card by providing a read means which reads the telephone subscriber's ID card in which fund data exist to an input terminal, and registering the voting information from the input terminal when there are available the subscriber's funds corresponding to the discrimination data read with said means. CONSTITUTION:The information of a telephone subscriber in which fund data exist is registered in the file device 7 connected to a CPU6 and an ID card is handed to the subscriber. The read port 11 of ID cards is provided to each telephone set 1 connected to a private branch-exchange 3. When the telephone set 1 is hooked off, the information of the ID card is received in the CPU6 via a communication control device 4. If the subscriber is registed in the device 7 and his funds exist, the CPU6 answers to the telephone set 1 and is inputted with the voting information from the subscriber. The voting information meeting the subscriber's funds is registered in the CPU6 after it has been checked with the telephone set 1 by the information having been stored in a voice drum device 9. Also, the automatic repayment for the voting information by the insertion of the ID card into an automatic cash repaying machine 10 is made possible. |
