<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to complete official procedure for opening an account to automate the official procedure, to improve customer service, and to reduce the burden on clerks by signing or putting a seal onto registration paper sheet supplied to the signature/seal impression part of a device by a customer when newly opening account. CONSTITUTION: A guide display part 3 displays various kinds of guidance for the customer and guides processing. First of all, when an account opening button shown in a touch panel is turned, a 'new lamp' of indicator lamps 1 is turned on and the indication on the display part 3 is changed. When the procedure is advanced according to this instruction, a registration paper sheet is supplied to a signature/seal part 4, and a shutter is opened. When the customer completes the signature and seal, the paper sheet is sent to a paper sheet storage part. When money is completely put into paper money/coin inserting part 5 and confirmed by the indication on the display part 3, a new bankbook is ejected from a banbook certificate window 6 and the procedure for opening the account is completed. Thus, even while the window is closed, the procedure is enabled, customer service is improved and burden on clerks can be reduced.</p> |
