PURPOSE:To permit the reuse of excessive toner by disposing a brush roller for conveyance below the fur brush roller for development and recovering the excess toner left from the brush surface of the fur brush roller for development. CONSTITUTION:The 1st brush roller 35 is disposed on the bottom part side of a roller chamber 30. The 2nd brush roller 36 is disposed above this in contact with the peripheral surface of the 1st brush roller 35, and further a fur brush roller 37 for development is disposed similarly in contact with said 2nd brush roller 36. By such disposition of the rollers, excess toner recovery chambers 82a, 82b are formed in the lateral gap part of the roller chamber 30. Thus, if the supply amount for acceptance of the toner on the photosensitive surface 3a exceeds threshold, the excess toner is first recovered by the roller 37 and when its accommodating capacity exceeds a limit, the toner is recovered by the 2nd brush roller 36. |
