PURPOSE:To enable the reoperation, by continuting the execution of program while stropping machines, if a machine tool reaches the limit of its movement. CONSTITUTION:In a shaping machine of numeric control, when the program formed based on the moving range of the 1st machine tool is applied to the 2nd machine tool having narrow movable range, the operation started from the beginning point 140 makes shaping until it draws a circle and reaches the point 164. The 1st machine tool goes toward the next operation starting point with smooth operation after that, but the 2nd machine tool it subjected to stopping through the operation of the stroke detector at the arrival of the point 164. But, the program is executed after that and the operation tracing the first machine tool is simulated. Further, the simulated operation with assumption reaches the point 162, then the stroke detector is released and the 2nd machine tool operates again based on the program. |
