PURPOSE:To enable to find the concentration of dust in gas with a simple operation in a short time, by providing a exchangeable uniform-velocity suction nozzle selecting the diameter of nozzle which is adjusted to the flow velocity of gas flowing in the duct, in the sampling pipe. CONSTITUTION:Flow velocity of gas in the duct to be measured 30 is measured and the uniform-velocity suction nozzle 34 is selected in accordance with said flow velocity and capacity of the suction pump 18. Then, said nozzle is attached to the tip end of the sampling pipe 36 and is inserted in the duct 30. Dust sucked from the nozzle 34 by the uniform velocity, is introduced into the piezocrystal resonance type dust meter 40 through the sampling pipe 36 and suction hose 38 and the mass of oil mist measured here is numerically displayed as the variable quantity of frequency. |
