<p>PURPOSE:To perform required processing automatically by attaching the name of machine type, lot number and the like to a part of a lead frame in such a manner that they can be read by a machine. CONSTITUTION:Marks attached to a substance sent-on and to be processed are read by a processing device in a given process, and the device inquires required informations of a memory and, according to instructions therefrom, starts processing automatically. When the marks of each machine type and lot division are attached beforehand to the minimum unit of the lead frame, it becomes unnecessary to wait the completion of processing of other lead frame included in the same lot division, and thus suspensions are reduced in each process, which enables continuous operation. By this constitution, automatic setting of coordinates of a linear junction point in assembly, of mark arrangement and lot number in marking, and of program in inspection, etc. is enabled, whereby the works of an operator is reduced considerably.</p> |
