PURPOSE:To enable cutting of a tab-lead with small force and improve finishing by providing a half notch in a place where the lead suspending a tab constituting a lead frame is to be cut and by reducing the width of the lead at the place. CONSTITUTION:In the central part of the lead frame 11 are provided a quasi- square tab 12 and a plurality of leads 14 positioned around the tab, and the leads 14 and connected mutually by dams 13 and connecting pieces 20 and further are connected with a frame 16 located on the outer periphery of the lead frame 11. In addition, the tab 12 is connected with the frame 16 at its four corner parts by the tab-leads 15 suspending and supporting the tab 12. In this constitution, the half notch 19 composed of a groove in the direction of the thickness of a board is formed in a place corresponding to four corners of a resin mold package 17 of the tab-lead 15, while a cut 21 is provided in the direction of the width of the tab-lead 15 so as to make the width at the place narrow to be easily cut. |
