<p>PURPOSE:To improve water-resistance of an irrigation tube, by inserting the filtering material into the main body of a tube, flattening the main body pinching the filtering material, heatwelding both sides of the flattened tube and opening waterspraying small holes on one surface of the tube. CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 of the objective tube is produced by the extrusion molding of a thermoplastic polymer such as polyethylene in tubular form. A web of a filtering material 2 is inserted into the main body 1 along the longitudinal direction of the tube. Both sides of the main body 1 are pressed to form welded and integrated edges 3, 3' along the longitudinal direction. Both sides of the filtering material 2 are sandwiched in the edges. Plural small holes 4 for spraying are bored on the upper surface of the tube main body 1 relative to the filtering material 2.</p> |
