<p>The circuit to obtain energy from the heat of the sun includes a tank filled with e.g. a mixture of ammonia and water connected by a non return valve to a solar heating panel. The heat releases the dissolved ammonia gas under pressure, and the gas is passed to a bellows device with inlet and outlet connections fitted with valves (15,16) so that the bellows (8) is extended and retracted. The bellows is mounted on a telescopic spindle (13) carrying a return spring (14) so that its upper part can control flow of a suitable medium through supply and return lines (10,11). In an alternative design, two bellows acting alternately are attached to a crankshaft for a rotary drive system.</p> |
