For setting purposes, the system can by placed in a whatever position in relation to the mobile and rests in the chosen position during the usage time corresponding to said setting (10 and 11). The ball-race (2) is solid with the device supporting the sail system which it partially or totally steers, absorbing its stresses. Under the theoretical axis (9), a support (8) takes part in the steering of the system and also absorbs the stresses especially compressions stresses The constituent elements of the sail propelling system have their own setting within the assembly device. This swivelling sail propelling system is adaptable and can be used on all existing or future vessels or land vehicles. |
