PURPOSE:To accurately simulate the production of real telegraphic message, by selecting one of a plurality of test telegraphic messages prepared in advance with the frequency of selection of telegraphic message predetermined and a uniform random number. CONSTITUTION:When a given command is input from a key input section 6, the information of cards is read with a card reader 5 and it is written in an average transmission interval file 3 via a simulator system 1. The average interval information on that date is read out from the file 3 at the change of date, and it is transferred to the average transmission interval table 4. Further, the system 1 reads in the content of the table 4, and the telegraphic transmission interval is made by using a designated random number taking the average transmission interval as population mean, and the terminal to be connected is obtained with the connection frequency of terminal and uniform random number predetermined, and one of a plurality of telegraphic message for test prepared in advance according to the selection frequency of message and uniform random number predetermined in advance, is selected. |
