<p>A bar extension plug is removably positioned in the chain bar slot of a chain saw between the bar pin and the intermediate end of said slot. The plug is thus interposed between the bar pin and the intermediate end of the slot and positions the front edge of the chain bar of the saw farther from the housing. This results in tightening of the chain on the chain bar and applying increased tension on the chain.</p> |
