摘要 |
PURPOSE:To protect a magnet surface and to improve a corrosion resistance and a mechanical strength by a method wherein tetraethylene fluoride resin is vacuum evaporated or baked on the surface of a processed rare earth cobalt magnet. CONSTITUTION:A rear earth cobalt magnet which is processed to a required shape is washed and retained fat through trichrene and thereafter, the magnet surface is coated with tetraethylene fluoride resin by means of a vacuum evaporation or baking. A material coated with 2-4mu of tetraethylene fluoride resin has a demagnetization ratio of zero, accordingly, it is optimum for the stepping motor of an electronic time piece. With performing in this way, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength can be improved. |
