PURPOSE:To guarantee the storage information, by executing the refresh through the request from CPU at the application of power supply for CPU and through the request of the storage device itself at the interruption of power supply for CPU. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply state display signal 11 indicating the state of power supply of CPU1 is in power supply given state ''0'', the 1st refresh request signal 12 is fed from a CPU1 to a storage device 2, the refresh indication signal 13 is formed in the device 2 and refresh is executed for the storage section 40. Further, when the power supply state display signal 11 is in power supply interruption state ''1'', the 2nd refresh request signal 14 is made from the refresh request generating circuit 30 in the device 2 to execute the refresh for the section 40. Thus, even with the power supply of CPU interrupted, the stored information of the device 2 can be guaranteed. |
