<p>A cheese press can accept at least two press units in line in a frame, each consisting of a pressurising section, a cover and a cheese mould, each press unit is designed as a separately interchangeable push-in unit. Each unit includes a box frame with the pressurising piston attached to its top and with an open side through which the cheese mould is pushed in. This simple press can be quickly converted to the prodn. of other sorts of cheese which require different pressure and different moulds. This creates more flexibility to a quick adjustment to the market requirements.</p> |
