<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to effectively make the title perform heat exchange processing without being affected by a buoyant force by moving the long and circular material to cavities formed at the center of a fluid turning and allowed to flow within a heat exchange chamber and a fluid supply chamber. CONSTITUTION:When cooling water is supplied to each nozzle 8, cooling water is ejected in the external tangential direction within a fluid supply chamber 3. Therefore, it turns within a fluid supply chamber 3, and flows into a heat exchange chamber 2 connected to the fluid supply chamber 3 and turns. By this turning, a cavity is formed at the central part of cooling water. When the inner diameter of the cavity becomes smaller than the inner diameter of a passing hole 4, cooling water flows into a discharge space 5, and is discharged through a discharge pipe 6. When a pipe A is inserted through insertion holes 7 into the heat exchanger, the inner diameter part of the cavity of revolving cooling water makes contact with the pipe A upon moving of the pipe A within the fluid supply chamber 3 and the heat exchange chamber 2, and thus the pipe A is cooled. Upon this occasion, the pipe A can be effectively cooled without being affected by the buoyant force and without being deformed.</p> |
