NEW MATERIAL:Polyamine oxidase RC-3. USE:To be expected as an enzyme for diagonosing cancers. PROCESS:A fungus having polyamine oxidase PC-3 producing competence, e.g., Penicillium chrysogenum IFO-4626, is inocualted and cultivated preferably in a nutrient medium containing a polyamine oxidase PC-3 derived substance, e.g., spermidine, spermine, etc., and polyamine oxidase PC-3 is collected from the culture. |
