PURPOSE:To combine a plurality of fibers with an array type photoelectric converter device through the process consisting of providing a plurality of recess portions in a transparent substrate correspondingly to a photoelectric converter portion, fastening the end portion of the fibers and adjusting the location of the substrate to a photoelectric device. CONSTITUTION:A transparent substrate 20 is made of a material transparent with respect to light waves and recess portions 21-1, 21-2... in which the end portions of fibers 13-1, 13-2... are fitted are provided on one surface thereof. The diameter of the portions 21-1, 21-2... is equal to or somewhat larger than that of the fibers and the pitch thereof is equal to that of the photoelectric converter portions 22-1, 22-2... at a photoelectric device array 11. The end portion of the fibers 13-1, 13-2... is fitted in the portions 21-1, 21-2... of the substrate 20 and fastened by fastening portions 16-1, 16-2..., and the substrate 20 is fastened after the relative location adjusted to the array 11. Lens portions may be provided on the other side of the substrate 20 correspondingly to the portions 21-1, 21-2.... |
