PURPOSE:To enable the signal transmission between gound and mobile body with noncontactness, by locating a light emitting element at the center of shaft end of the rotating shaft of cable reel delivering the cable transmitting the signal and a photodetector to the fixed side. CONSTITUTION:Signal transmission cables 24a, 24b performing the signal transmission between the control device on ground and the control device on equipment in mobility can be wound on the reel consisting of an inner flange 21 and an outer flange 22. The cable 24a can be connected to a light emitting element 23a provided at the center of the rotating shaft of the inner flange 23. The cable 24b is connected to an optical detector 23b provided at the location opposing to the light emitting element 23a of the outer flange 22. Since both the cables 24a, 24b are coupled optically, no noise is produced due to noncontactness. |
