The object of this device is to combine the advantages of large-pane windows and the appearance of small-pane windows. Two opposite edges (4) are made on the glazing bars, enabling them to be fixed into elastical angle blocks (7), the jaws of which match the cross-section of the glazing bars, the angle blocks being fixed in the uprights (1) and crossmembers (2) of the frame. This device makes it possible to remove, at will, the glazing bars of a large-pane window during cleaning, and to put them back simply by pressing. <IMAGE>
