PROCESS FOR PREPARING MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY FOR THE AD-AND AY-SUBTYPE SURFACE ANTIGEN OF HEPATITIS B TYPEVIRUS

摘要

The method of preparing monoclonal antibody for the ad- and ay- type surface antigen of hepatitis B type-virus and its use are presented. Thus, pre-S band obtained by electrophoresis is extracted from gel and pre-S protein extracted from gel is injected into the mouce. The hybridoma is produced by a wellknown method and the clone showing specific reaction at pre-S region is selected. The monoclonal antibody is produced by the immunoblotting technique and enzyme- immuno assay.
