PURPOSE:To render density of a copied image constant, by detecting the temperature of a developing fluid, and selectively controlling various conditions affecting image density of copying paper. CONSTITUTION:When the developing temperature drops in making a large number of copies in succession, temperature detector 10 detects its temperature and controls controlling device 11. Its control signals change charge quantity of main charging charger 2, bias voltage of developing bias voltage source 12, light quantity of light source 9, and further, charge quantity of transfer charger 5, thus permitting density of an image developed on photosensitive drum 1, that is, copied image density to be made constant. |
