PURPOSE:To wind up toroidal cores securely formed in array by the array winding device which is provided with a vacuum suction means perforated in a guide tool, a means for moving the guide tool and an auxiliary plate to a predetermined wire holding position and a guide apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The guide tool 3 is pivotally fitted to a rocking shaft inserted into a slider 5, an adsorption face on which the wire is adsorbed so as to perpendicularly intersect in the direction of rotation centering at the rocking shaft 11, is formed by a nozzle hole 14 and groove 20 on the side opposite to the rocking shaft 11. In addition, a depth of cut same as the groove 20 in width is formed on the top of the auxiliary plate 9, a pin 12 is inserted in the top surface of the guide tool 3 and also gently inserted into a long hole formed at an end of a lever 13. The lever 13 at the other end is tightly fitted to the rotating shaft of a rotary actuator 8, the guide tool 3 is turned around the rocking shaft 11 through the pin 12 dur to the turning of the actuator 8, and the guide tool 3 and the auxiliary plate 9 are slid by means of a feed gear 18 by the distance equal to the outer diameter of the wire to wind up the toroidal cores arranged in a row by the array winding device. |
