<p>PURPOSE:To prevent production of stain and deterioration of appearance by adhering a spacer on the joint face of a door hinge to fix the door prior to the painting process then deteriorating the adhesives through the burning heat of painting to remove the door thereby enabling electrodeposition painting on the inside of outercircumference of the joint face. CONSTITUTION:When assembling doors 2, 3 and hinges 4, 9, spacers 5, 10 are adhered through cyanoacrylate adhesives 6 to the joint face 4a of front door and the joint face 9a of rear door and assembled to a chassis 1 then fed to the painting process. The heat when burning/drying will cause deterioration of the adhesives 6. Consequently removal of hinge 4, and front door 2, and hinge 9 and chassis 1 and spacers 5, 10 can be performed easily. After removal, rust-proof agent is applied on the joint face to assemble the doors 2, 3 to the chassis at the latter half of chassis assembling process, where the spacers 5, 10 are smaller than the joint faces 4a, 9a thereby even if the film is peeled the hinges 4, 9 will cover them to improve the rust-proof performance and appearance.</p> |
