<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a temperature difference between the surface of a screw and the inside of a cylinder and melt resin perfectly by a method wherein a plurality of heaters are arranged at the inner part of the screw while temperature detectors and controllers, corresponding to the heaters respectively, are arranged. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of heaters 2, 3, 4 are arranged at the inner part of the screw 1 along the axial direction thereof while the screw surface temperature detectors 5,5',5'', corresponding to respective heaters 2, 3, 4, and controllers, controlling the temperatures of the respective heaters 2, 3, 4 through signals from said detectors, are arranged. An electric heater, a thermocouple and a lead wire are utilized as the heater, the detector and a heat supplying means 6 respectively. Since a delicate heating temperature control is possible, the temperature difference between the surface of the screw and the wall surface of the cylinder 9 may be eliminated and the resin may be molten perfectly within a uniform and short period of time.</p> |
