PURPOSE:To eliminate the unstableness of an input signal by inputting one input signal as it is while supplying the other to a flip-flop composed of an MOS type field effect transistor via an inverter. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is inputted to a flip-flop with a gate composed of an MOS type field effect transistor and an inverter. To input 3a of the flip-flop, the signal is applied as it is and to its input 3b, the signal is applied by being inverted. If one input terminal of the flip-flop is defined, the output can be defined. Therefore, even if the input signal is unstable in level ''H'' or ''L'', the output signal can be stabilized. |
