PURPOSE:To obtain a molding with golden deposite film excellent in discoloring resistance, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance by forming a golden deposite film composed of a Cu-based Al alloy between an under coat and a finish coat on the surface of the molding. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a molding 1 preferably composed of a light weight plastic, e.g., ABS resin, etc., an under coat of a polyester resin is coated at first and then dried by heating to form a paint film 2 of a thickness of 8 to 15 microns, and then on the paint film 2, a golden deposite film 3 of a thickness of 500-1,500Angstrom is formed by a sputtering method using a Cu-based Al alloy containing 70-90wt% Cu, 5-30wt% Al, and 5wt% or less impurities. Then, on the deposite film 3, a transparent finish coat of a polyester resin is coated and then dried by heating to form a finish paint film 4 of a thickness of 10-20mum to obtain a molding with objective golden deposite film. |
