<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a device fault due to the deformation or flaw of a card by transmitting/receiving signals between a transaction device and the card through radio waves. CONSTITUTION:The card 2 and the automatic cash transaction device 1 are respectively provided with transmitting/receiving circuits 15, 30 for transmitting/ receiving signals. When a user storing the card 2 in a pocket of his/her clothing depresses a request switch 4 on the device 1, a request signal is transmitted from a request signal setting part 21 to the circuit 15 through the circuit 30. The card 2 detects the request signal by a request signal detecting part 18 and 1st discrimination information is transmitted from the discrimination information setting part 19 to the circuit 30 through the circuit 15. When the validity of the 1st discrimination information received by the circuit 30 is decided by a control part 100, processing procedure is displayed on a processing procedure display device 7, the input of a transaction sort key identification (ID) number input key is permitted to key in the ID number, the 2nd request signal is sent and the 2nd discrimination information signal 12 and an account number signal 31 are received.</p> |
