Die Erfindung betrifft optisch aktive und racemische 7-Oxo-PGI2-derivate der Formel I (Q Wasserstoff, Kation, niederes Alkyl, X cis- oder trans-CH=CH-, -C=C- oder -CH2-CH2-, R¹³ Wasserstoff, C1-4-Alkanoyl, R<6>-Schutzgruppe, R<6> Trialkylsilyl,α-Alkoxyalkyl, Tetrahydropyran-2-yl, R<4> Wasserstoff, niederes Alkyl inα- oderβ-Stellung, R¹ und R² Wassertsoff, niederes Alkyl, Y -CH2-, -O-, -NH-, R³ niederes Alkyl, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyl oder substituiertes Heteroaryl) deren Herstellung sowie diese Verbindungen enthaltende pharmazeutische Präparate.
