<p>The rotor (10) of the impact crusher has a mounting chamber (12) for the impact element (24) consisting of three sections, each with a blocking mechanism. The blocking mechanisms are connected by hydraulic piping, with the supplying end connected to a hydraulic fluid supply. The piping connecting the individual blocking mechanisms is protected against mechanical damage by lengths of angle iron (20) forming a pitched roof element. The mounting chamber (12) transforms into a groove (22) with a slot for the body of the impact element (24). The diverging extension of the impact element rest against a wedge (28) and a shoulder (26). The impact element is kept in place by a ram (30) fitted on the end of a hydraulic cylinder (32). The cylinder has a piston, the chamber (34) above the piston is connected to the hydraulic piping, the lower chamber (36) is fitted with a set of disc springs which provide the force necessary to keep the element (24) in place.</p> |
