PURPOSE:To improve easiness of assembling and precision of work by forming cylinder and piston members with the same material, casting a spherical joint section integrated with a spherical bearing member, and thread-interlocking the piston and spherical bearing members. CONSTITUTION:Cylinder and piston members 31 and 30 are formed with the same material and a spherical joint section 34 is cast integrated with a spherical bearing member 32. A screw section 30a and its hole 32a are formed in the piston and spherical bearing members 30 and 32 respectively and thread-interlocked together. Since this equalizes the thermal expansion coefficient of the cylinder and piston members 31 and 30, minimizes compression leakage, and removes the play between the joint section 34 and the spherical bearing member 32, aasiness of assembling and precision of work can be improved. |
