<p>The radiator console consists of a support arm, for fastening in a bore in the wall, with a retainer for the radiator. The arm consists of an expandable tubular section, with a longitudinal slot over part of its length. The slot may be expanded by circumferential wedges, which are tightened by through screws. The wedges engage in longitudinal direction, in recesses at the slot ends. When the screws are tightened, the slot forms arched sections, at two or more contact points. Each wedge is located in a cylindrical section at the tube wall. The sections are adjustable on the through screw, and are inserted through slotted cut-outs, which also accommodate the wedges.</p> |
