PURPOSE:To obtain a print head which can change an ink passage and the depth of a nozzle part in a low price by a method wherein a nozzle jetting ink and an ink passage thereof are formed into one body by means of a ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:A head substrate 20 is formed with an alumina sludge by means of an injection mold. The dimensional accuracy of a metallic mold is finished to be an estimated dimension in a burning contraction of alumina and the surface is finished as a mirror face. And further, a hole at a nozzle part 23 is formed by a method wherein a stainless wire in estimation of a contraction caused by a burning of alumina is inserted and it is pulled out after a molding. After the molded head substrate is burnt, a stainless plate is placed upon the open groove part of this substrate and long strip type PZT vibrators are pasted on each ink passage 24 to form a print head. |
