PURPOSE:To manufacture assembled finished product set having a sufficient clearance by reducing resin injection pressure at time of secondary forming compared to injection pressure at time of primary forming when carrying out the primary and secondary forming of a movable body and a holding body which holds the former. CONSTITUTION:Molten resin 9 is injected from a runner gate 8 into the space of a cavity 5 in a forming die consisting of a cavity 5, a core 6 and a slide core 7, thus manufacturing a holding body 2 under primary forming. Then the die is opened by removing the core 6 and the slide core 7 in such manner that the holding body 2 is left inside the cavity 5 and the die is fastened, providing a new space 12 between the internal circumferential surface of the holding body 2 and a core pin 11. Following this procedure, molten resin 14 is injected from a runner gate 13 by means of a resin pressure sufficiently less than a resin pressure at time of forming, so that the movable body 1 is secondarily formed inside the holding body 2. |
